Workshops, Elections & Pain

Well, much has happened.

Firstly, I had the Hull Workshop on 'Phenomenology and the Vulnerable Body', at which I gave a talk, On May 6th, Election day.  I did well I think, although M & A.H. rocked!  It was nice to see K.M. again and meet new people.  It was meant to be a collaboration of sorts between medics and philosophers, although I would liked to have seen more involvement from the medical side, not that is was their fault.

My pain has got worse, It just seems to be more draining.  It is difficult to write about about that now.

David Cameron is now Prime Minister (May 11th)  so I guess we shall have to wait and see.  It is a hung parliament - the first of it kind since 1974.  Still it is interesting.
